2024年3月16日(土)、17日(日)に開催を予定しております本公演につきまして、一部出演者の変更がございます。
つきましては、希望者に対して本公演の現地チケットならびに配信チケットの払い戻しを受け付けます。

払い戻し方法詳細につきましては下記をご確認ください。

上記期間内に、申込サイト内「マイページ(注1)」より払い戻し手続きの上、CASHPOST(注2)をご利用いただき、払い戻しさせていただきます。
購入先以外のサイトからの払い戻し、ならびに上記受付期間外の払い戻しはできませんので、ご注意ください。
※ご返金額は「チケット代金」+「購入時の各種手数料」となります。

Regarding the upcoming event scheduled for March 16 and 17, 2024, there have been changes to the lineup of performers. Due to the change of talent appearance for “hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 & hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment”, we will be offering refunds for on-site tickets and streaming tickets for customers who wish to proceed with a refund due to this change.

We sincerely apologize to all those who were looking forward to the event.

[Refund Application Instructions]

Refund application period: Until 2024/1/30 23:59 JST
Please submit a refund application using the relevant electronic ticket.
1.Log in to ZAIKO with the account used to purchase the ticket.
2.Access https://zaiko.io/account/upcoming
3.Perform the refund application from the E-Ticket Details of the relevant ticket.

[Refund Processing Period]
Customers who have successfully submitted a refund application will automatically receive a refund through their respective payment companies after the Event. The timing of refunds may vary depending on the payment company.
※Please note that the timing of refunds may vary depending on the payment platform.
※Please ensure that you can receive emails from “@stripe.com” in advance.
※If the refund application deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, emails will be sent on the next business day.

[Refund Eligibility]
Refunds will only cover the ticket price. Please note that purchase fees and transaction fees are not eligible for a refund.
[Important Points to Note]

Refund requests are only accepted from the original ticket purchaser.
For Zaiko Premium members or Zaiko Connect members (paid members) at the time of ticket purchase, you can check your membership status at the following link: https://zaiko.io/account/membership
If you applied Zaiko points during ticket purchase, the refunded amount will include Zaiko points. However, the Zaiko points granted at the time of purchase will be canceled.
If you cancel your Premium or Connect membership at the time of refund processing, points will not be refunded or canceled. Please be aware that rejoining will not transfer your existing points.
