【3月16日分】17:30以降にフード・ドリンクをお受け取りになったお客様へのお詫びとお知らせ

3/16　hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 DAY1において、フード・ドリンクのご提供にお時間を要してしまい、ご迷惑をおかけしたことを重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

フードブースで販売した商品につきまして、商品に不備があった場合、商品のお引き渡し日に限り、商品を返品いただいたうえでご返金するとご案内していましたが、商品ご提供の遅れから、一部のお客様において、受け取った商品の内容をご確認いただく時間もない状況が生じてしまいました。
こうした状況を踏まえ、3/16にフードをお受け取りになったお客様のうち、当初予定していた販売終了時刻である17:30以降にお受け取りをされたお客様につきましては、お客様からのお申し出に応じて、瑕疵内容を確認の上、商品代金の30%をご返金させていただきます。
お手数をおかけいたしますが、以下のフォームより、2024年4月2日（火）までにお申し出をお願いいたします。

お申し出に際しては、不備があった状態のわかるお写真等を合わせてご提示いただけると幸いです。ただし、当時の状況を踏まえて、お写真等がない場合でも柔軟に対応させていただきます。
また、当日お受け取りができなかったお客様につきましては、改めて詳細のご案内を差し上げますので、今しばらくお待ちください。

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in providing food and drinks at the hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 DAY1 on March 16th.

Regarding the products sold at the food booths, we previously informed that in case of any defects with the products, we would accept returns and provide refunds only on the day of product delivery. However, due to the delay in providing the products, some customers did not have the opportunity to check the contents of the items they received.
In light of this situation, for customers who pre-ordered their food pick-up time after 5:30 PM on March 16th, we are prepared to offer a partial refund of 30% of the product price upon the customer’s request, after confirming the defects.
We would appreciate it if you could provide photos or any evidence showing the defects. However, we understand that some customers may not have such evidence, and we will be flexible in handling those cases.
For customers who were unable to pick up their orders on the day of the event, we will provide further details and instructions separately. We kindly ask for your patience in this matter.
