「hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 アクリルスタンド」にて、アクリルスタンド本体が入っている内袋の一部に破損があるものが見つかりました。
外装には破損は見られず、また、アクリル部分は透明シートで保護されていますのでアクリルスタンド本体に問題はございません。

hololive SUPER EXPO 2024での本商品の発売を心待ちにしてくださっていたお客様に届けできるよう、予定通り「現地受け取り事前販売」および「当日販売」での販売を実施させていただきますが、懸念のあるお客様は「事後通販」をご利用いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

なお、商品受け取り後にアクリルスタンド本体に不良が見られた場合は、下記窓口にて交換対応をさせていただきます。

Regarding the product “hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 Acrylic Stand”, we have found out that the inner packagings of some products are damaged. However, acrylic stands, which are protected by a transparent protection sheet, and the outer packaging are not damaged.

In order to deliver this product to our fans who have waited long for it, we will conduct “Venue Pick-Up Merchandise Sales” and “On-Site Merchandise Sales” as planned. However, if you are concerned about the damage, we advise you to purchase the product through “Post-Event Online Sales”.
