With hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 and hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment just around the corner, we’ve compiled a handy list of FAQ and reminders for overseas fans joining us at the venue this weekend!
How do I get to the venue?
There are several ways to access the venue, Makuhari Messe.
Please visit the venue’s website for more information.

Is there transportation provided to the venue?
There are no free transportation services provided. Please refer to the website for more information on methods of getting to the venue.
Are luggage storage services available at EXPO/5th fes.?
No luggage services will be provided at the venue. We recommend you use the coin lockers at the venue or the nearest station.
*Please also note that locker availability may also be limited.
Can I buy tickets for EXPO/5th fes. at the venue?
Tickets will not be sold on the day of the event.
I am unable to attend EXPO/5th fes. after purchasing tickets; can I get a refund?
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Can I transfer tickets to another person? / Can I change the name on my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable, and name changes are not allowed.
*Customers who purchased two tickets are allowed to allocate their tickets to the person accompanying them.
Are cosplay/costumes allowed at EXPO/5th fes.?
Please refer to the “Cosplay” page for details regarding cosplay at the venue.
Cosplays requiring a changing room must be registered by March 8th.

Is there a cosplay dresscode or rules regarding cosplay props?

Is there a changing area dedicated to cosplay, or can I just show up in costume?
Changing rooms for cosplays are available only to those who have registered by March 8th.
Please do not come to the venue in your cosplay outfits.
How do I buy merchandise?
Merch will be available for pre-order, as well as for purchase on the day of the event, through the hololive official mobile order service “holocart”.
For those who do not have a mobile device, on-site cash sales will also be available at the venue, but stocks will be limited.
Can I purchase merch on site?

For cash purchases payment will only be accepted in Japanese Yen.

Is there language support available on site during EXPO/5th fes.? If so what languages?
