[Greetings]

At hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “EXPO 2024”), you can enjoy hololive production-related cosplays.

We ask for your cooperation to make this event safe and enjoyable for all participants.

[How to Participate as a Cosplayer]

1 : In order to participate in EXPO 2024 as a cosplayer, you have to purchase an admission ticket for EXPO 2024.
2 : After your purchase, please submit the “hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 Changing Room & Cloakroom Application Form”.
3 : After entering the venue on the event day specified in your EXPO 2024 admission ticket, please head to the changing room and show the confirmation email you received (the email will be sent from the (We will contact you via email from late February onwards.)) to the staff at the entrance.
4 : Please change your outfits in the designated changing room.
5 : When leaving the venue, please change your outfit again at the designated changing room before the end of operation hours.

* You are allowed to participate as a cosplayer only if you change your outfit in the changing room. Do not come to the venue in your cosplay outfits.
* Everyone who applied for the changing room and cloakroom can use them on the event day.
*[Important]Please note that applying to participate in the event as a cosplayer (=applying for the changing room & cloakroom) does not guarantee your purchase of the EXPO 2024 tickets.
* One application is required per participant.
* You cannot participate in hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment (hereinafter referred to as “5th fes.”) in your cosplay outfits. Also, you cannot apply for the changing room and cloakroom with your 5th fes. admission tickets.

[How to Register as a Cosplay Participant]

  • Deadline: December 5, 2023(JST) ~Merch 8, 2024(JST)
  • * “hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 Changing Room & Cloakroom Application Form” will be closed once it reaches the application limit.

    1. Please read the following terms of use thoroughly and purchase the EXPO 2024 admission ticket only if you can comply with our terms of use.
    2. Please submit the same information (name, phone number, email address, etc.) you provided on your purchase of the EXPO 2024 admission ticket in this “hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 Changing Room & Cloakroom Application Form”.

    *[Important]Please note that applying to participate in the event as a cosplayer (=applying for the changing room & cloakroom) does not guarantee your purchase of the EXPO 2024 tickets.

[Terms of Use1 : Preventative Measures for Infections]

  • On the day of the event, please check your body temperature and confirm that it is 37.5°C or lower before coming to the venue.
  • If you feel ill after entering the venue, please notify the staff immediately.
  • Please note that the event may be suspended or canceled upon request for suspension of business from the local government. We may also revise parts of the event.

[Terms of Use2 : For Those Who Participate in the Event]

  • Please follow the instructions given by the staff at the venue.
  • We may ask you to leave the venue if you do not follow the instructions given by the staff.

[Terms of Use3 : Precautions (Participation in the Event)]

Changing Your Outfit

  • You can only change your cosplay outfits in the designated changing room.
  • Changing inside your car is not allowed.
  • Changing inside the toilet at the venue is not allowed.
  • Coming to the venue in your cosplay outfit is not allowed.

[Terms of Use4 : Precautions (Costume)]

Costume Limitations

  • Please comply with hololive production’s Derivative Works Guidelines. (https://hololivepro.com/en/terms/)
  • You can only wear costumes related to hololive production.
  • Please refrain from wearing third-party IP-related costumes.
  • Costumes that involve professional authority (e.g., police officers, firefighters, etc.) are prohibited. However, this does not apply to items that are recognizable as parodies.
  • Skin Exposure

  • Please refrain from wearing costumes with excessive skin exposure.
  • For female participants, please limit the chest exposure on your costume to around one-third of the visible area. Also, when moving around with the costume with excessive skin exposure, please wear a jacket or other garments on top of your costume.
  • For male participants, there are no specific limitations regarding skin exposure of the upper half of your body. However, please wear a jacket or other garments on top of your costume when moving around with the costume with excessive skin exposure.
    • See-through Clothes

    • See-through clothes that can expose your underwear are not allowed.
    • Costumes without underwear are not allowed

    • Nipple covers and adhesive silicone bras are considered as underwear.
    • Please also wear a swimsuit supporter if you are going to wear a swimsuit costume.
    • Costumes that expose the underwear are not allowed

    • This includes cases where underwear can be seen through various openings of your costume.
    • Exposing bra straps is okay as long as they are intended as a part of your costume.
    • Wearing your underwear over your costume will be deemed as part of your costume.
    • Self-Defense

    • We advise participants to wear stockings or tights with costumes that may reveal underwear when bending down or costumes with skin exposure.
    • Prohibited Costumes

    • Costumes that are offensive to public order and morals or public indecency.
    • Costumes that severely damage the image of the talent.
    • We are not responsible for any disadvantages or accidents caused by the content or type of cosplay.
    • Props Limitations

    • Props must be items that do not violate various laws and regulations, including the Firearms Act.
    • To use toy guns and other similar props (air guns, gas guns, electric guns, etc.), they need to be in a state where bullets cannot be fired. (gas and batteries removed, and bullets unloaded)
    • Props exceeding an approximate height of 2 meters and width of 1 meter are prohibited. However, this does not apply to items that can be disassembled for transportation or use.
    • Please cover weapons and long props with a cover or cloth while moving in order to not disturb other participants in the venue.

      Operation Hours

    • 10:00 – 17:30 (JST) (same time for both DAY 1 and DAY 2)
    • How to Use

    • Please submit the “hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 Changing Room & Cloakroom Application Form”, and show the confirmation email(We will contact you via email from late February onwards.) to the staff at the entrance.
    • The changing room is free of charge.
    • Please do not occupy the changing room for more than 30 minutes.
    • We ask for your cooperation in making the changing rooms easy to use for everyone, for example, by doing your base makeup at home.
    • Prohibited Actions

    • Smartphones, cell phones, music players, and all other digital devices are prohibited. Staff may check your baggage if they deem it necessary.
    • Taking photos and recording videos are prohibited in the changing rooms.
    • Do not leave your belongings unattended.
    • Waiting for your companion or taking a break in the changing rooms or near entrances is prohibited.
    • All activities that may make the venue dirty are prohibited. (color sprays, blood paint, undried paint on your costume, etc.)
    • Use of the power outlets at the venue is prohibited.

    • How to Use

    • The cloakroom is free of charge.
    • Precaution

    • Please keep the valuables with you.
    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage in the cloakroom.
    • No living creatures, wet items, or items that may affect the surrounding luggage are allowed to be deposited.

    [Terms of Use7 : Precaution (Photography)]

      Photo Area

    • The “cosplay area” between holes 6 and 7 is open as a photo spot.
    • If you wish to take photos in EXPO 2024 venues, please check the regulations on the EXPO 2024 information page and make sure not to disturb other participants at the venue.
    • If you are being photographed

    • Intentionally pulling up costumes to expose excessive amounts of skin is prohibited.
    • You can refuse to be photographed.
    • If you have any problems or questions, please contact the staff nearby.
    • Precautions when moving around

    • Please remove any items on your costume that restrict visibility (headgear, masks, masks, etc.) while on the move.
    • For costumes that drag on the floor, please hold the dragging part in your hand to avoid dragging and other accidents.
    • Costumes with parts that may cause harm to other participants should have those parts removed before moving around.

    Precautions to all participants on the day of the event

    • EXPO 2024 admission ticket is required for you to take photos at the venue.

    Precautions for participants taking pictures on the day of the event

    • When taking a photo of a cosplayer, please be sure to obtain permission from them before taking a photo.
    • Voyeurism of any kind is prohibited.
    • Please be considerate of other participants who want to take photos when you are taking photos of one person for an extended period of time.
    • Taking photos at excessively low angles is prohibited.
    • Please refrain from taking close-up photos of the chest and other areas.
    • Please refrain from forcibly asking the other participants for their contact information.
    • Please use such equipment only in a manner that does not cause inconvenience to other participants.
    • Please obtain permission from the individual before uploading the photo to the Internet or publishing it to any media.
    • Do not swing, throw, or kick props when shooting.

    Prohibited Equipment

    • Infrared cameras, micro cameras, or other uncommon equipment
    • Excessive telephoto lenses
    • Any other equipment our staff deems inappropriate
