EXPO 2024 & 5th fes. On-Site Merchandise Sales

holocart Online Shop Orders

  • Merchandise can be ordered on the day of the event with holocart, an official hololive online store. Customers can reserve a time slot when placing their order to pick up their items at a designated pickup location at the venue.
  • ※ holocart is currently available via Internet browsers only. Please note that the app version has been discontinued and is no longer in service.

    ※ Membership registration is required to place an order on holocart.

    ※Store access on the initial date of sales may be affected by high traffic. We recommend that customers sign up in advance to help ensure accessibility.

    ※ A handling fee will be charged to all orders on holocart. Please confirm the details of your transaction during checkout.

    ※ Same-day orders are available to customers with tickets for hololive SUPER EXPO 2024 and hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment on the corresponding dates. Customers who have existing pre-order pickup time slot reservations may not place additional same-day orders until the initial pickup has been completed.

  • Merchandise will be available while supplies last. Sales will end when each item is sold out, regardless of advertised sales periods. Product availability and sales periods may be limited based on pre-order sales.
  • Please reserve a pickup time before completing your order. Reserved time slots cannot be changed upon completing your order.
  • Completed orders cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Additional purchases can be added to an existing order and may use any previously reserved time slots.
  • Additional orders may be placed if any time slots are still available after pickup.
  • ※ Time slot reservations for both holocart and venue purchases will be limited to one slot per account per day. Customers with reserved pre-order pickup will not be able to reserve a time slot for additional venue sales purchases until the initial pickup is completed.

Important Notice

  • Pre-order pickup is limited to the customer who placed the order. Customers will be asked to present their ID at the time of pickup, so please remember to bring an accepted form of personal identification (e.g. driver’s license, health insurance card, student ID, My Number card, etc.).
  • Order details (e.g. type, size, quantity, etc.) cannot be changed or removed at the pickup location.
  • Please check with the sales clerk at the pickup location and confirm that the contents of each order match the contents of the desired product (e.g. type, size, quantity, etc.). We cannot respond to inquiries made after leaving the sales floor.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted (except in the case of defective products).
  • Charging facilities for electronic devices, as well as charging peripherals, will not be available for use or rental at the venue.
  • Orders placed by customers without tickets for the applicable event date will be canceled and refunded. Advance notice for individual cancellations or refunds will not be provided.
  • Orders not received by the end of the event will be shipped at a later date via cash-on-delivery (COD) upon ticket confirmation.

On-Site Merchandise Booth

  • For customers who are unable to use holocart or do not have access to a mobile device, please use the merchandise booth at the venue.
  • Separate waiting lines will be made for holocart orders and merchandise booths.
  • Products will be available for purchase through holocart orders and merchandise booth while supplies last. Sales for each item will end once sold out, regardless of advertised sales periods. Product availability for items purchased through merchandise vendors may vary between those orders via holocart.
  • Product availability for merchandise sold through the on-site booth will be comparatively limited in supply. Customers with access to a mobile device are encouraged to order through holocart to help ensure availability.

hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment Concert Merchandise Pre-Event Online Sales

Concert merchandise pre-event online sales will be conducted on hololive’s official mobile order service “holocart”.

  • holocart” is renewed as a browser version. The application version is out of service and therefore cannot be used on the day of the event.
  • You will have to sign up again for the browser version of holocart.
  • Please note that aside from the merchandise price, you will also be charged a commission fee for using the holocart. Please check the details on the purchase screen.

We advise participants of EXPO and fes. to purchase the concert merchandise through pre-event online sales to avoid the expected congestion at the venue on the day of the event.

  • You may not be able to receive the merchandise before the opening of the 5th fes. stage 5th fes., in case you purchase the merchandise through venue pick-up or on-site merchandise sales.

Concert Merchandise Pre-Event Online Sales Shipping Period

Merchandise Available for Pre-Event Online Sales

  • Merchandises purchased in the pre-event online sales will be eligible for advanced shipping and will be delivered before the event.
  • The “Essentials Pack” is a pre-event online sales exclusive item.
  • You will receive a “Ticket-Style Sticker” as a purchase bonus for each purchase of the “Essentials Pack”.
  • The products eligible for pre-event online sales are available in limited quantities and product sales will end once these products are out of stock.
