Information

• On the day of the event, please check your body temperature and confirm that it is 37.5°C or lower before coming to the venue.
• If you feel ill after entering the venue, please notify the staff immediately.
• Please note that the event may be suspended or canceled upon request for suspension of business from the local government. We may also revise parts of the event.

EXPO 2024 / 5th fes.

• On the day of the event, we may check your identification and belongings upon entering the event.
• On the day of the event, you will exchange your ticket with the wristband as an admission to the venue. Details will be announced at a later date.
• On the day of the event, there will be cameras around the venue that will be taking photos and footage of the event, and there may be instances where you are in the photo or the footage. Please be advised that your visit to the event may be published on TV, in newspapers, magazines, and websites at a later date. Please note that the recorded photos and videos may be used for merchandising and promotional purposes.
• We may deny entry to the event if you are drunk. We may also ask you to leave the venue if the staff deem that you are drunk.
• Make sure to take enough breaks at the venue and rehydrate yourselves. If you do not feel well after entering the venue, please seek assistance from a staff member nearby.
• Before entering the venue, please decide on a meeting place in case you become separated from your child or accompanying persons. Also, we cannot call for lost children in the venue, so please be sure to hold hands and keep an eye on your children all the time.
• Please look after your wallets, credit cards, valuables, luggage, and personal belongings. The organizer, venue, and staff will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft inside and outside the event venue.
• Please note that the event may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as power outage or other reasons on the part of the organizer, natural disasters, or unforeseen accidents on the day of the event.
• Please follow the instructions of the staff members at the venue once natural disasters or unforeseen accidents happen.
• Please throw your garbage at the designated area or take them home with you.
• Do not disturb other participants in the venue.
• Do not run or push other people in the venue.
• Do not touch any equipment or fixtures in the venue.
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the venue except in designated eating and drinking areas. (Except for hydration)
• Please do not occupy space on benches or tables with your luggage, food, or beverages. Any luggage left unattended will be moved under the bench, and food and drinks will be discarded once staff finds them.
• Do not sit or occupy spaces inside the venue.
• Please follow the staff’s instructions at the venue and cooperate in the event’s smooth operation. You may be asked to leave the venue if the staff determines that your behavior interferes with the progress of the event. We will not be responsible for any problems between participants.
• Actions that can be considered a nuisance to other participants, such as breaking into the line, changing your clothes in the toilet or the lobby, occupying space with a large number of people, or swinging around your belongings, are strictly prohibited.
• Please notify the nearest staff or security guard in case you see a suspicious object or person in the venue.
• The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or damages caused by your own intention or negligence on the day of the event.
• The contents and conditions of this page are subject to change without prior notice.
  We will not call any individuals by the venue’s on-site broadcast system except for life-threatening situations.
• Please read the aforementioned precautions before participating in the event. Please contact us via liveforward@yoshimoto.co.jp should you have any inquiries regarding this event.

Regarding 5th fes.

• When entering the venue, please follow the staff’s instructions to take enough space between participants and enter slowly without running.
• We cannot answer any inquiries regarding the seats.
• Please note that, due to the positioning of pillars and layout of the venue, you may have difficulties seeing the stage or part of the performance depending on your seat.
• Please refrain from moving from your assigned seat during the performance. Please refrain from using seats other than the one you have purchased or engage in actions that may cause inconvenience to other participants. Please cheer at your own seats.
• Moshing, diving, riding on shoulders, throwing things onto the stage, climbing up onto the stage, intentionally blocking passages, rushing, making any loud or weird sound that can cause issues during the performance, swinging your hands or arms widely, twisting your body, jumping, and any other actions that can be a nuisance to other participants are strictly prohibited. You, not the company, will be liable for any damage or injury caused by not complying with the aforementioned precautions and instructions.
• Recording the video, audio, or taking a photo of the performance is prohibited.
  12/26/2023 Update: No recording is allowed between the venue opening and the start of the performance.
• You are not allowed to bring any equipment that can be used to record and repost the concert, such as an SLR camera or video/audio recorder, to the event. If you are caught recording or bringing such equipment to the event, we will confiscate your equipment, nullify your tickets, and ask you to leave the venue.
• In case you do not comply with the aforementioned precautions and instructions, we may ask you to leave the venue, and you may be banned from all future hololive production events.
• We may deny your entry to the event or ask you to leave the venue if you do not follow the instructions given by the staff.

The following acts are prohibited around the venue and at the event:
• Distribution of flyers, etc., sales and collections, solicitation, entertainment, fund-raising activities, and signature activities without the organizer’s permission at the venue.
• Transaction between participants, including the buying and selling passports and numbered tickets.
• Any action that harms or endangers other participants.
• Leaving your belongings unattended.

* Please look after your wallets, credit cards, valuables, luggage, and personal belongings. The organizer, venue, and staff will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft inside and outside the event venue.

• Waiting for and chasing after the performers.

* Waiting for or maliciously chasing after the event personnel or performers to the waiting room or at the entrance is prohibited.

• Smoking outside the designated smoking area.

* Smoking at the event venue is prohibited. Please use the designated smoking area.

• Excessive actions or performances that may disturb other participants (including group activities and flash mobs)

*Using your productions or loud equipment (loudspeakers, megaphones, etc.) is prohibited.

• Other items deemed dangerous by staff, security, the fire department, the police department, or the event venue will be warned.

*Those who do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue or who behave in a manner that causes inconvenience to other participants may be denied entry to the venue or forced to leave the venue.

• Admission to the EXPO 2024 venue requires an “EXPO 2024” ticket.
• Admission is allowed only for the dates listed on the ticket and the wristband. Please check the correct date before using them.
• For EXPO 2024, preschoolers are not required to purchase tickets; each adult can accompany up to two preschoolers.
• You cannot re-enter the venue if you lose your admission wristband.
• When re-entering the venue, please use the re-entry entrance and present your admission wristband to the staff.
• Please refrain from bringing things that may cause a nuisance to other participants.
• We ask for your cooperation as admission may be restricted at the entrance and re-entry entrances, depending on how crowded the venue is.
• Considering the venue, its neighborhood, security, and rescue perspectives, we prohibit overnight standby and late-night arrival at the venue. These actions are not only a matter of personal concern but also a matter of concern for the entire event. Please refrain from doing these actions.

• Changes to the provided information or cancelations can only be made during the lottery registration/sales period. Please note that changes to the provided information or cancelations (resigning the lottery) will not be accepted after you have won the lottery/purchased the ticket.
• Reselling tickets and ticketing rights to a third party or any action deemed business-wise sales promotion is strictly prohibited. Reselling includes buying and selling at auction sites, third-party online sales, ticket shops, purchase agencies, scalpers, or any other malicious third parties. We will nullify the tickets in question and prohibit entrance to anyone involved if we acknowledge any reselling of the tickets.
• Minors must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before participating in the event.
• Opening time, performance, starting time, and cast are subject to change due to various reasons. Ticket prices and transportation fees will not be refunded in such cases. Please understand this in advance.
• You can only purchase tickets on your smartphone (iPhone/Android). Please note that you cannot purchase tickets on your PCs or tablets.
• To redeem your tickets, you must download “Lawson Ticket electronic ticket” on your smartphone.
• You must send the ticket to your companion if you have purchased two tickets. Your companion also needs to provide the necessary information upon receiving the ticket.
• Your companion must download the electronic ticket application as well.
• If your companion’s smartphone is not compatible with the application, you cannot send the ticket to them.

In order to minimize issues regarding the use of penlights, please follow the guidelines below.

Prohibited Penlights

• Modified and homemade penlights, as well as penlights not sold in the market
• Penlights with a length longer than 25cm
• Penlights that outshine and obstruct the performance

* Refrain from using ultra-bright lights (such as UOs) during the performance.

• Other penlights that staff deem inappropriate.

Prohibited Actions with Penlights

• Holding more than one penlight on each hand (Please only hold a maximum of one penlight per hand)
• Obstructing the view of other participants

* Refrain from waving around, throwing your penlights, or any act that may damage the venue.
* Please make sure not to drop your lights at all times at the venue.

Please do not bring the following items into the venue.
Also, even if they are not listed below, do not bring things that may be a nuisance to other participants.

①Items whose possession or carrying is prohibited by law or which can be considered a crime.
・Firearms and swords regulated by the Firearms Law (including imitations with the ones made of aluminum)
・Items considered hazardous under the Fire Service Law (fuel, explosives, flammables, etc.)
・Items that are offensive to public order and morals, such as those that violate Article 175 of the Penal Code or the Child Pornography Law.

②Vehicles (except for wheelchairs)
Cars, unicycles, kick skates, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, and standing electric two-wheeled vehicles should not be brought to or used at the venue.

③Animals (except for assistance dogs)
Any animals or pets are not allowed in the venue except for assistance dogs.

In Case of Earthquakes

• Objects may fall from overhead during an earthquake. Stay low, protect your head, and please remain in place.
• It is dangerous if people rush into narrow passageways such as stairways and emergency exits all at once. If evacuation is necessary, please follow instructions and remain calm.

Evacuation From the Venue

• Evacuation sites will change depending on the earthquake conditions. Please listen carefully to the information provided and act accordingly.
• It is very dangerous to have too many people moving at once. Please listen carefully to the instructions of the staff and move in order.
• Once you reach the evacuation site, please remain calm and wait until you are given further instructions.
