    Announcement Regarding Ticket Resale

    For customers who purchased the ticket but cannot come to the venue on the day of the event, we are offering a “resale” service, in which, after deducting the commission fee, ticket ownership can be transferred at a fixed price.

    ・Tickets : 3 PM, March 5, 2024 (JST) ～ Start of the event

    * Upon your purchase, separate commission fees will be charged aside from your ticket price. Please check the details on the transaction screen.
    * This does NOT guarantee the refund of your ticket since the transfer of ticket ownership will only happen once a person wants to purchase the ticket. Please note that there is a possibility of resale not being completed, resulting in the remaining tickets in your possession.
    * ZAIKO overseas tickets and “Ichioshi Talk” tickets (both local and overseas) are not eligible for the ticket resale service.


    ・You will NOT be able to enter the “hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment” concert with EXPO tickets. Please purchase the “hololive 5th fes. Capture the Moment” ticket separately.
    ・There will not be 2 Day Pass for this event. Should you wish to attend both days, please purchase both Day 1 and Day 2 tickets.
    ・An “Passport-Style Original Notebook” will be given as a bonus when you enter the venue.
    ・Wristbands will be exchanged on the day of the event.

    * The number of tickets you can purchase is limited to a maximum of one per talent. You can purchase tickets for more than one talent participating in the same time slot.
    * The time limit for each meet & greet session is set to two minutes.
    * Transfer of ticket ownership is prohibited. Please purchase the ticket yourself in order to participate in the event.

    *The streaming ticket sales period will be from 9 PM, December 5, 2023 ~ 11:59 PM, April 22, 2024 (JST).
    *Once the performance has ended, you will be able to rewatch the archived stream as much as you want until 11:59 PM, April 23, 2024 (JST).
    *Please be aware that after 11:59 PM, April 23, 2024 (JST), you will not be able to watch the archived stream.
